YTL Learning Academy

YTL Learning Academy came about in March 2020, during Malaysia’s first Movement Control Order (MCO 1.0) due to COVID-19. As the country went into lockdown and employees were instructed to work from home, YTL Construction saw this as a great opportunity to keep staff engaged and productive through a series of daily online training courses, covering both technical and non-technical subjects.

Officially launched on 9 July 2021, the YTL Learning Academy is established with a clear vision to become the No. 1 corporate learning academy in Malaysia. In line with the company’s vision to become the No. 1 construction company in Malaysia, the YTL Learning Academy sets out a mission of cultivating a culture of constant personal and professional learning and growth by providing the necessary tools and support to shape a skilled and empowered workforce.
